个人简介：

张明（1996-），男，黑龙江齐齐哈尔人，中共党员，工学博士，讲师。2025年6月博士毕业于云南农业大学转化营养与微生物工程专业，主要从事本科生《生物化学》实验课程授课工作，研究方向为食药用菌育种与林下栽培模式探索；食药用菌、药食同源植物活性成分资源开发与综合利用。近五年以第一作者或通讯作者在 Food Science and Human Wellness、Journal of Ethnopharmacology、食品科学等杂志发表SCI论文10余篇，授权实用新型专利2项（排名第二）。
